Anaverdes Villa is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE). An assisted living home in the heart of Anaverde Hills community, a peaceful and ideal neighborhood located in West Palmdale. The administrative team at Anaverdes Villa has 20 years of experience in healthcare setting such as hospitals. Our caregivers have at least 3 years of work experience with health screening and criminal background clearance together with First Aid & CPR certification.

My mother had dementia and after her last fall her Drs. at UCLA said she would need fulltime care. Unfortunately, during Covid it was not an easy task. So with the help of the skilled nursing facility she was in, I placed her into a brand new assisted living facility in Van Nuys. As the location was started getting more residents the quality of care was dropping. It was not good. Her hospice care team helped me locate Anaverdes Villa in Palmdale and what an godsend! Erwin, his wife Desiree and supporting staff treated my Mom everyday so extremely well and with respect. They made her feel like she (myself as well when I visited her) was at home. I recommend them highly and you will be happy your family member is there.

Mr. Estrella has more than 20 years of experience working in hospital settings. He previously work at Cedars Sinai Medical Center assigned in Health Information Department and work on several departments such as CICU, PICU and NICU. Currently, he is also licensed administrator for Residential Care Facility for elderly for 3 years and enjoy working with elderly.
